How to switch to Digi Prepaid NEXT rate plan from other Digi Prepaid rate plans? Print

To switch to Digi Prepaid NEXT from other Digi Prepaid rate plans, subscribers are required to perform change-of-plan (COP) by dialling shortcode *128#.

If you are switching from older rate plans, please ensure that: 
- Your prepaid rate plan validity is not more than 60 days. 
   Read here to understand your Prepaid account validity. 
- Your account status is active.

1. Dial short code *128#

2. Select '1 My Account'

3. Select '4 Call Plan'

4. Select '1 Change Plan'

5. Select '3 Digi Prepaid NEXT'

6. Reply '1 Confirm' to complete change-of-plan (COP) to Digi Prepaid NEXT
