2. Switching to Digi Prepaid NEXT rate plan from Postpaid
For switching to Digi Prepaid NEXT rate plan from Postpaid, the registered owner of Postpaid line is required to visit the nearest Digi Store to perform such change-of-plan request. Please note that verification of the registered owner’s identification document is required as part of the process for Postpaid-to-Prepaid change of plan. 3. Switching to Digi Prepaid NEXT rate plan from other telcos
For switching to Digi Prepaid NEXT rate plan from other telcos, the registered owner of prepaid line from other telco is required to make MNP port-in request via either one of the two available methods:
A. MNP port-in via Digi Store Online
Within 7 business days upon successful completion of MNP port-in request to Digi, you will be notified by an SMS notification to your current prepaid line from other telco upon successful port-out from current telco to transition to Digi Prepaid NEXT.
At the same time, Digi Prepaid NEXT SIM will be delivered to your doorstep (delivery address) within 7 business days upon successful completion of Step 4.
Plug in Digi Prepaid NEXT SIM to device and make the first call to any number for real-time SIM activation.
B. MNP Port-in via Digi Store
Alternatively, customers may opt for assisted MNP port-in journey by walk-in to any nearest Digi Store for MNP port-in to Digi Prepaid NEXT request. During the process, the prepaid line registered owner is required to present identification document for verification purpose as part of MNP port-in process.
