2. Always Active feature for Monthly Active Internet plans

The Always Active feature is designed to make managing prepaid mobile Internet subscription easy for our subscribers. For any subscription or renewal of Monthly Active Internet plans with Always Active feature, it essentially extends both the (A) account validity and (B) Internet validity for the prepaid line.

It simplifies the prepaid experience and removes the need from our subscribers for having to manage two types of validities for their prepaid line – (A) account validity and (B) Internet validity.

As illustrated in diagram above, any subscription of Monthly Active Internet plans with Always Active feature at any point of time, will effectively reactivate the account by extending both (A) account validity and (B) Internet validity.
