There are 2 types of billing you can find in Digi – Standard Billing & Itemized Billing.

Shows Account Summary and Details of Charges only 

Shows granular level information on number of individual calls/messages with respective tariff details  


RM10/month per line if subscribed to paper bill. 

FREE if digital bill 


  • Your default bill will include an itemised bill which is free of charge if you receive it via PDF email, SMS bill or download from MyDigi. 
  • You also have the option to subscribe to receive a paper bill with the itemised bill for which there will be extra charges. You may walk-in to a Digi Store or call the Customer Service Helpline at 016-2211800 to submit a request for this.
