- Your default bill will include an itemised bill which is free of charge if you receive it digitally via email, SMS or download from MyDigi.
- You also have the option to subscribe to receive a paper bill for which there will be extra charges. If you wish to receive paper bill, you may walk-in to a Digi Store or submit a request here.
