The internet consumption for Digi Postpaid Plans will be deducted in this sequence following the order of the internet quota which will be consumed first to the last:
1. Promotional Freebies
In the event that you are granted a free Internet quota from promotions or campaigns, the quota will be deducted first for all eligible consumption.
2. Unlimited Social/Streaming/Gaming Add-on (Monthly Recurring)
If you subscribe to Unlimited Social/Streaming/Gaming add-on, your internet consumption will be deducted from this quota upon using eligible social media, streaming or gaming apps.
3. All-access Internet Top-Up Add-On without Contract (One-Time Purchase)
If you have purchased an additional Internet quota or booster, subsequent eligible consumption will be deducted from this quota.
4. Hotspot Quota
This quota specifically caters for hotspot/tethering usage and will take precedence when hotspot setting is turned on and connected to another device.
5. All-access Internet Top-Up Add-On with Contract (Monthly Recurring)
Subsequently, your internet consumption will be deducted from this quota if you are subscribed to Extra Internet add-ons.
6. Quota from Internet Sharing
If your line is a supplementary, your consumption will be deducted from the Internet sharing quota shared by your Principal.
7. Base Internet Quota
Upon exhausting the above quota, your Internet consumption will be deducted from this quota that comes bundled with the Postpaid plan’s subscription.
