Separation of the account 

By default, all the billing for your Digi Postpaid Supplementary and Family lines will be combined under single bill with the Digi Postpaid Principal lines who is the head of family. However, subscribers who wish to maintain separate account for their supplementary lines may do so during the activation of the supplementary lines or for subscribers who wish to separate the supplementary account in the later date, you may do so by calling Digi customer service at 0162211800 or visit our Digi Stores. 


However, the separation of the supplementary lines into a different account will migrate all the new and existing Digi Postpaid Supplementary and Family lines into a single account separate from the Digi Postpaid Principal lines. Please be informed that once the account for the supplementary lines is separated, it cannot be reversed back to consolidate with the principal line who is the head of family. 

 

Billing and Auto Billing 

The billing charges for aIl of the Digi Postpaid Supplementary and Family lines will be billed to the Digi Postpaid Principal line subscribers under the same account including for subscriber who opt for auto-billing.


If the subscriber opts for a separate account for all the Digi Supplementary and Family lines. The subscriber has the option to update the account that consists of all the Digi Supplementary and Family lines under different payment or auto billing details. 

 

Billing date 

The billing date for the account that is separated will follow the Digi Postpaid Principal line’s billing date. Subscriber is not allowed to change the billing date for the bill that belongs to the separated account. 

 

Credit Limit and Account Management 

 The separated account will be assigned with a different credit limit from the Digi Postpaid Principal line’s account. However, only the Digi Postpaid Principal subscriber may request to increase or decrease the credit limit for all accounts.


The family and supplementary lines who are under separate account can perform their own account management via MyDigi app and purchase any Digi value added services. However, for activation/reactivation of international roaming services, only the Digi Postpaid Principal subscriber can perform such request. 

 

Barring & Termination of Digi Postpaid Principal 

For all the Digi Supplementary and Family lines subscribers who are on the separate account, any default in payment or usages exceeding the account credit limit will result in the barring of all the Digi Supplementary and Family lines that is on the same account.


If the Digi Postpaid Principal subscriber is terminated or chooses to terminate their line, all the Digi Supplementary and Family lines registered under the same identification document with the Digi Postpaid Principal line will also be terminated. If the holder of the Digi Supplementary and Family lines wishes to continue to be Digi customers, the subscriber must nominate a new principal line to be the head of family. To appoint a new principal line, the subscriber may choose to sign up a new Digi Postpaid principal line into the same family group or perform change of plan for any of the Digi Supplementary and Family lines to the Digi Principal plan as the head of the family group. To do so, subscribers may walk-in to any of the Digi Stores, Digi Stores Express or Digi Dealers.
