If you are on a Postpaid Plan, please ensure you have turned-on your International Roaming feature, in order to purchase a Roaming Pass.


If you have the International Roaming feature turned-off, you will be asked to turn it on, when purchasing a Roaming Pass.


Here are the Steps on how you can turn it on or off:


1. Open the MyDigi App .


2. At the top left, tap on the Sidebar Icon.

3. Tap on Settings.

4. Tap on My Subscriptions.


5. (a) When the Toggle is Blue, it means that your International Roaming feature has been turned on.


6. (a) When the Toggle is Blue, it means that your International Roaming Service has been turned on.


5. (b) If you wish to turn off your International Roaming feature, slide the Toggle to the Left and Tap “Confirm”. When the Toggle is Grey, it means that your International Roaming Service has been turned off.

*Please take note, that you are unable to purchase a Roaming Pass, as long as you have your International Roaming feature turned-off.

6. (b) To turn the International Roaming feature back on again, simply slide the Toggle to the Right and Tap “Confirm”. When the Toggle is Blue, it means that your International Roaming feature has been turned on.




If you are on a Prepaid Plan, you are not allowed to turn the International Roaming feature on or off.

However, here is how you can check if the feature is already enabled on your MyDigi.

1. Open the MyDigi App .

2. At the top left, click on the Sidebar Icon.

3. Tap on Settings.

4. Tap on My Subscriptions.

5. (a) When the Toggle is Blue, it means that your International Roaming feature has been turned on.

5. (b) A “Not Allowed” Notification will be prompt if you attempt to turn off the International Roaming feature by sliding the Toggle to the left.


6. (a) When the Toggle is Blue, it means that your International Roaming Service has been turned on.
