If you have purchased your Roaming Pass from MyDigi, you can still check the Balance on the UMB Menu. Likewise, if you have purchased your Roaming Pass from the UMB Menu, you can still check the Balance on the MyDigi App. This is applicable for both Prepaid and Postpaid plans.

 

Here is how you can check.

 

If you have purchased from MyDigi,

1. Open the MyDigi App .

On the Main Page (also known as the “Usage” page), you can check your Internet Quota Balance here.


2. (a) Tap on “Internet”.


3. (a) You will be able to find the Internet Quota Balance for your Roaming Pass.

 

On the Main Page (also known as the “Usage” page), you can also check your Voice Minutes Balance here.


2. (b) Tap on “Calls+SMS”.

3. (b) You will be able to find the Voice Minutes Balance for your Roaming Pass.


If you have purchased from UMB,

1. Dial *800*3#

2. (a) Select 1 Check Internet Quota.


3. (a) Select the Roaming Pass that you wish to check the Balance on.

4. (a) View your Balance.

 

If you wish to check your Voice Minutes Balance,
