If you are an existing fibre customer, you are required to undergo a transfer request process. Here is a step-by-step guide for your transfer request process:
Step 1: The owner of the fibre account will need to walk into the existing fibre provider store/centre to initiate a transfer request. You are advise to walk in within 10 days once you have gotten a transfer request ID from CelcomDigi Fibre Support. This is to avoid cancellation of request.
Step 2: Provide the transfer request ID to your existing fibre provider and mention you are interested to transfer your current account to CelcomDigi and settle your outstanding bill. You are not required to surrender your fibre equipment until CelcomDigi installation takes place.
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp within 6 working days after your application has been approved.
Note: Modems will be recycled for all existing transfer request customers.
