If you are an existing Unifi/ Maxis/ Celcom customer, you are required to undergo a transfer request process. Here’s a step-by-step guide for your transfer request process:


Step 1: Owner of Unifi/ Maxis/ Celcom Fibre will need to walk-in to your nearest Unifi/ Maxis/ Celcom centre to initiate transfer request. This must be done within 10 days after you have been triggered by our Digi Fibre support team to avoid cancellation of request.


Step 2: Request to transfer service to Digi Fibre. Provide the transfer request ID to your existing fibre provider. Please ensure you mention “transfer request” and not termination. You will need to pay all your outstanding bill. You are not required to surrender your fibre equipment until installation with Digi takes place.


Step 3: You will receive a confirmation call/Whatsapp within 6 working days after your application is approved.


Step 4: Your Digi Fibre installation will be completed within 10 working days after the transfer request is approved and your existing service will be auto disconnected on day 25th onwards.


Please do note that modem will be recycled for all existing transfer request customer.
