If you only make partial payment upon receiving your bill, the balance of your previous bill becomes outstanding in your next bill. You will have 30 days to settle the outstanding to prevent your line from going into barring and to avoid any service disruption.
In the event you make excess payment, don’t worry, the extra payment will be recognized as an advance payment and will be credited back to your postpaid bill to offset the amount generated in your next bill. If you wish to request a refund of the excess payment made, you may do so. However, we would not advise you to request a refund due to the refund process might take up to 6 working weeks, meanwhile by keeping it as an advance payment in your postpaid bill, the excess payment will be rebated back to you in 30 days.
