1. Which router should I purchase to be entitled for the RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher?

You will need to purchase selected routers from the participating sellers’ (i.e. Huawei, ASUS and MERCUSYS) online sales platforms to be entitled for the RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher. The applicable routers will be marked inside the posting for the product.  



2. How will I receive my e-voucher? 

You will receive your e-voucher from the router vendor’s online store. Example: If you purchased a router from ASUS Official Store, ASUS will send you a RM150 Fibre Rebate code along with a link to a form to sign up for Digi Fibre. 

 


3. How do I redeem the RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher?  

You will need to sign up for the eligible plans i.e. Digi Fibre 150 or above through the link provided with the e-voucher. Once your fibre plan is activated, your RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher will be reflected as RM30 off x 5 months on your next consecutive bill cycles. Please note that the plan sign-up is subject to Digi Fibre availability in your area. 

 


4. I am eligible to get Digi Fibre RM150 rebate. However, my area is not serviceable. Can I withdraw as cash? 

No, the RM150 is strictly to be used for new Digi Fibre 150 and above plan sign-ups only and is not exchangeable for cash. 

 


5. I purchased the router within the campaign period. But my installation date is after the campaign period. Can I still use the RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher? 

Yes, you can still use the RM150 Digi e-voucher as long as your installation date is before 3 December 2021.  

 


6. I am an existing Digi Fibre customer. I purchased a router online with the participating partners. Am I entitled for the RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher? 

Yes, you are entitled for the RM150 Digi Fibre e-voucher. To redeem this, you will need to sign up for a second Digi Fibre line.  



7. Can I combine my Digi Fibre 150 rebate with other ongoing Digi promotions/offers?     

No, this e-voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.  

 

8. What if I terminate my Digi Fibre subscription? 

If you terminate your Digi Fibre subscription within your 24-months contract tenure, we will forfeit the RM150 rebate, and you will be subject to an early termination penalty of RM500. 



9. Can I change my Digi Fibre plan after I redeemed this promo? 
Yes. If you upgrade to a higher Digi Fibre plan, you will carry forward the remaining RM150 rebate. Please note that you will not be allowed to downgrade your plan within the 24 months of your contract.
