Device advance payment for the PhoneFreedom 365 program refers to an upfront payment that customers need to make before signing up for the program. Depending on eligibility, customers may be subjected to either of the 3 categories of advance payment – 0, 12 or 24 months upfront.  


Device advance payment is only applicable to those who are not eligible for the 0 upfront feature. You need to walk into the nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express or contact our customer service to check your eligibility status. 


For those who are required to pay the 12- or 24-months upfront device advance payment, this amount will be rebated every month in your bill over the period of your 24 months contract with us.
