Upgrade and Downgrade of Mobile Broadband SIM only plans are allowed. If you are on a contract device plan, you can only upgrade to higher plans. Example: Customer on Broadband 45 with a device contract. Upgrade to Broadband Monthly 65 or Broadband Monthly 105 is allowed and your contract will be carried forward. No advance payment required for change of plans.
Note: Your bill will be prorated based on your previous and current usage. Downgrade of contract device plan is not allowed. If you terminate within you contract tenure, you will be imposed with a penalty fee. Please refer below on the calculation:
