In addition to the ability to View / Download your Digi Postpaid Monthly Bills and Annual Bill Statements, you can now request for a copy of your Itemised Usage for a selected period to be emailed to you.
If you are using a Mobile Browser,
Step 1: Login from the Official Digi Website. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right.
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password and tap "Log In".
Step 3: Enter the TAC that was sent to your Mobile and tap "Proceed".
Step 4: To check your Digi Postpaid Itemised Bill Statements, tap "Usage".
Step 5: Tap "View Itemised Usage".
Step 6: Select your Preferred Itemised Bill Statement Period and enter your Email Address. Then, tap "Submit".
Step 7: Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an Email with a PDF Copy of your Digi Postpaid Itemised Bill Statement.
If you are using a Desktop Browser,
Step 1: Login from the Official Digi Website. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right.
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password and tap "Log In".
Step 3: Enter the TAC that was sent to your Mobile Device and click "Proceed".
Step 4: To check your Digi Postpaid Itemised Bill Statements, click "Account". Then, click "Usage".
Step 5: Click on "View Itemised Usage".
Step 6: Select your Preferred Digi Postpaid Itemised Bill Statement Period and enter your Email Address. Then, click "Submit".
Step 7: Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an Email with a PDF Copy of your Digi Postpaid Itemised Bill Statements.
