In addition to the ability to View/ Download Monthly Bills and Annual Bill Statement, you can now request for a copy of your Itemised Usage for a selected period to be emailed to you.


If you are using a Mobile Browser,


Step 1: 

Login from digi.com.my. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right.



Step 2:

Enter your User ID and Password and tap "Log In".


Step 3: 

Enter the TAC that is sent to your Mobile Device and tap "Proceed".


Step 4: 

To check your Itemised Bill Statements, tap "View Usage".


Step 5

Tap "View Itemised Usage".


Step 6

Select the Preferred Itemised Bill Statement Period and Enter your Email Address. Then, tap "Submit".


Step 7: 

Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an Email with a PDF Copy of the Itemised Bill Statement.



If you are using a Desktop Browser,


Step 1: 

Login from digi.com.my. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right.


Step 2:

Enter your User ID and Password and click "Log In". 


Step 3: 

Enter the TAC that was sent to your Mobile Device and click "Proceed".


Step 4: 

To check your Itemised Bill Statements, click "Account". Then, click "View Usage".


Step 5: 

Click on "View Itemised Usage".


Step 6:

Select the Preferred Itemised Bill Statement Period and Enter your Email Address. Then, click "Submit".


Step 7: 

Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an Email with a PDF Copy of the Itemised Bill Statement.
