Value-Added Service is a non-Digi mobile content service that provides information and entertainment services that are delivered via SMS or MMS. This includes content such as music clips, video clips, online games, news updates, SMS voting/competition and more.

Note: Unsubscription is not applicable to one-time purchase of Value-Added Services
Step 1: Log into your MyDigi app and tap on 'Settings' in the menu bar.
Step 2: If you have subscribed to any Value-Added Services, you will be able to see it under the 'My Subscriptions'. Tap on it.
Step 3: The details of the Value-Added Services you have subscribed to will be shown
To unsubscribe, toggle the button next to it to do so - it should change to grey.
Step 4: Tap on 'Confirm' to successfully unsubscribe to your Value-Added Services.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful unsubscription.
Some tips to avoid charges from these Value Added Services,
- Check your SMS Inbox and mobile phone bill regularly, and ensure that you have not subscribed to or been charged for services.
- Advise your family members (especially children who may use your mobile phone or have their own mobile phones) that the content and services may be chargeable.
