Value-Added Service is a Third-Party Mobile Content Service that provides information and entertainment services that are delivered to your mobile phone via SMS or MMS. This includes content such as music clips, video clips, online games, news updates, SMS voting/ competition and etc.
Note: The Unsubscription on MyDigi App is NOT applicable to One-Time Purchase of Value-Added Services.

Step 1: Log into your MyDigi App and tap on “Settings” in the Menu Bar.
Step 2: If you have subscribed to any Value-Added Services, you will be able to see it under the “My Subscriptions”. Tap on it.
Step 3: The Value-Added Services you have subscribed to will be shown in Full Details.
If you wish to Un-Subscribe, toggle the button next to it to do so.
Step 4: Tap on “Confirm” to successfully unsubscribe to your Value-Added Services.
(a) A Confirmation Screen will appear to let you know that your Un-Subscription Request has been submitted.
(b) You will also receive a Confirmation SMS upon successful cancellation.
To avoid Unwanted Charges from these Third-Party Services,
- Do ensure that you check your SMS Inbox and Mobile Phone Bill regularly, and ensure that you have NOT been charged for services, which you have not subscribed or consumed.
- Advise your Family Members (especially children who may use your mobile phone or have their own mobile phones) that the Content and Services may be Chargeable.
