1. What is the Campaign about?

Digi Fibre Rebate Campaign is an exclusive campaign organised by Digi to reward selected lucky Digi Prepaid subscribers.



2. What is the Period of the Campaign?

This campaign is valid from 6 December 2021 to 31 December 2021.



3. Who is Eligible to Participate in the Campaign?

This campaign is strictly to selected lucky Digi Prepaid subscribers. 

 

4. What is the Offer if I participate in the Campaign?

Selected lucky Digi Prepaid subscribers are entitled to get the RM150 Digi Fibre Rebate when they sign up for a New Digi Fibre Plan.


The rebate is only applicable on Digi Fibre 150, Digi Fibre 190, Digi Fibre 270 and Digi Fibre 290 Plans. The rebate will be granted as RM30 per month for 5 months (RM30 x 5 months) on the monthly bill.



5. How do I get to enjoy the Digi Fibre Rebate from this Campaign?

Selected lucky Digi Prepaid subscribers will be notified by Digi via SMS.


You need to click/ follow the link inside the SMS and submit your interest.


You need to subscribe to a Digi Fibre 150 plan or above to be qualified for the RM150 (RM30 x 5 months) rebate.


The rebate will be granted within 60 days upon successful activation of Digi Fibre service.



6. If I am selected for this campaign and sign up for the Digi Fibre 150 plan or above within the campaign period and schedule the installation date after the campaign period, will I still eligible for the rebate?

No, the activation of Digi Fibre service must be done within the campaign period to be eligible to get the RM150 (RM30 x 5 months) rebate.



7. What if my address is not covered with Fibre or there is no port available?

The rebate will only be granted to the successful activation of Digi Fibre service within the campaign period.



8. Can I cash out the rebate?

No, you are not allowed to cash out the rebate.



9. Am I allowed to Upgrade or Downgrade my Digi Fibre plan before getting the full rebate?

If you upgrade your fibre plan, the remaining months of RM150 rebate will be carried forward to the upgraded plan. However if you downgrade your fibre plan, the remaining months of RM150 rebate will be forfeited and a RM500 penalty will be imposed.



10. Will I subject to 24 months contract for the newly activated Digi Fibre plan?

Yes, all new activation of Digi Fibre plans is subject to 24 months contract.



11. What will happen if I terminate my Digi Fibre service before getting the full rebate?

The remaining months of RM150 rebate will be forfeited and a RM500 penalty will be imposed for early contract termination.
