Effective 21 January 2022, the minimum requirements to install the latest MyDigi App is as follows:  


  • Android Devices: Android 5
  • iPhone Device: iOS 10
  • Huawei Device: Android 5 


We have done this to ensure the safety and security of all our customers. By installing the latest MyDigi App, you will always have the most secure app, which reduces the risk of cyber security hacking. In addition, you will always get the latest features and offers by having the latest version of the MyDigi App.  


1. How to check your OS version 


For Android:

  1. Go to Settings. 
  2. Select either About Phone or About Device option. 
  3. Look for the Android version number, and check if it’s Android 5.0 and above.




For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select General and go to About.
  3. Look for Software Version and check if it’s iOS 10 and above.
