Interruption on Your Experience During the Planned System Maintenance


Dear Digi Subscribers, 


Please be advised that there will be a planned system maintenance on 15th March, 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. We are upgrading our services in efforts to improve your user experience with us.   


Interruption to Services During the Maintenance Window   


The following services will not be available temporarily:

  • Prepaid Reload on Digi Website and MyDigi App
  • Postpaid Bill Payment on Digi Website and MyDigi App
  • Add-On Purchases on Digi Website and MyDigi App
  • Change of Plan on Digi Website
  • New Line / Port-In Registrations on Digi Website
  • Check Balances on MyDigi App and MyDigi Web
  • EasyAdd Subscriptions
  • Prepaid Reload, Add-On Purchases and Talktime Advance via Facebook and Google 


Other than those that are mentioned above, all other services such as voice calls, internet and roaming will function as normal.


We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences.

  • Pembelian Add-On melalui laman web Digi dan aplikasi MyDigi
  • Penukaran pelan melalui laman web Digi
  • Pendaftaran talian baru / Permintaan Pertukaran Operator ke Digi (Port In) melalui laman web Digi
  • Semak baki melalui aplikasi MyDigi dan web MyDigi
  • Langganan EasyAdd
  • Tambah nilai Prabayar, pembelian add-on dan ‘Talktime Advance’ melalui Facebook dan Google


Selain daripada yang dinyatakan di atas, semua perkhidmatan lain seperti panggilan suara, internet dan perantauan antarabangsa berfungsi seperti sediakala.
