For new line registration, the Digi Prepaid Raja Kombo Internet plan will require a one-time

purchase during sign-up. Upon the expiry of the plan (30days), subscribers will need to repurchase the internet plan to ensure continued usage, and the plan will be auto-renewable from then onwards.


For MNP and change of plan (COP) registration, the Digi Prepaid Raja Kombo Internet plan will begin as an auto-renewable plan. 

Subscribers must ensure there is sufficient credit in the end of the 30 days from the subscription date.

  1. 1. How does the payment for monthly auto-renewal Internet plans work? 

Monthly auto-renewal Internet plans are designed to simplify Internet plan renewal journey for customers. Once the intended Internet validity has lapsed, monthly auto-renewal Internet plans will renew automatically and Internet plan fees respective to the Internet plan of choice will be automatically deducted from subscriber’s prepaid main account balance to complete subscription renewal. To ensure uninterrupted auto-renewal process, it is necessary for subscribers to ensure sufficient credit balance is available in main account balance. 

 

  1. 2. What happens if I do not have sufficient credits for the monthly auto-renewal? 

In the event that subscriber’s prepaid main account balance falls short of the amount required for Internet plan renewal fees, the monthly auto-renewal Internet plans will be suspended upon expiry. Only when subscribers reload the prepaid with sufficient main credit balance, the monthly auto-renewal Internet plan subscription will renew automatically and Internet plan fees respective to the Internet plan of choice will be automatically deducted from subscriber’s prepaid main account balance to complete subscription renewal.

Please note that verification of the registered owner's identification document is required as part of the process for Postpaid-to-Prepaid change of plan.

Prepaid account will be activated when a Digi Prepaid subscriber: 


1.performs reload to prepaid account, thus extending its account validity. 


2.upon subscription to any NEXT monthly Internet plan or on-demand Internet pass. 


This is attributed to Always Active feature on all NEXT monthly Internet plans and on-demand Internet pass, which streamlines both account validity and Internet validity upon Internet subscription 

R1 Grace Period (90 days) 

1. Digi Prepaid account will go into R1 grace period upon expiry of account validity. 


2. The R1 grace period serves as an interval for Digi Prepaid subscribers to reload or renew Internet plan subscription upon expiry. 

 

3. During R1 grace period, subscribers can continue to receive incoming voice calls and SMS, but cannot make any originating voice calls, send SMS, or consume mobile data. 


4. To reactive a prepaid account in R1 grace period, subscribers are required to perform a reload of any amount or subscribe to any NEXT monthly Internet plan or on-demand Internet pass.  

R2 Grace Period 

(1 day) 

1. Digi Prepaid account will transition into R2 grace period, when the R1 grace period (90 days) is lapsed without any action to reactivate the prepaid account. 


2. During R2 grace period, subscribers will not be able to receive voice calls and SMS, make any originating voice calls, send SMS, or consume mobile data. 

 

3. To reactivate Digi Prepaid account, subscriber is required to perform a reload of any amount. 

Termination 

1. Digi Prepaid accounts will be terminated once R2 grace period is lapsed. 

 

2. Subsequently, the prepaid account number (MSISDN) will be recycled upon termination of prepaid account.

 


Data Utilisation Precedence:


1. Internet Freebie 

In terms of Internet quota utilisation, Internet freebie (such as free 1GB for first time MyDigi app download) sits at the highest Internet quota utilisation precedence.  


2. On-demand Passes 

Subsequently, the precedence is followed by consumption from on-demand Internet passes (validity <30 days) by the sequence of app-based Internet quota, time-based Internet quota, and all-usage Internet quota. 

 

3. Monthly Plan Booster 

The next precedence is followed by Monthly Plan Booster (booster/quota top-up) by the sequence of app-based booster, time-based booster, hotspot booster and all-usage booster. 

 

4. Monthly Auto-renew / One-time Internet Plans 

The following precedence refers to Monthly auto-renew/one-time Internet Plan by the sequence of app-based Internet quota, time-based Internet quota, and all-usage Internet quota. The all-usage Internet quota from monthly auto-renew/one-time Internet plans is applicable to hotspot sharing. 


5. Free Basic Internet 

At the lowest the precedence, it is the Free Basic Internet (FBI) from Digi Prepaid NEXT to ensure always-on Internet experience.
