1. Monthly Auto-Recurring Internet Plan Subscription


All Digi Prepaid monthly auto-recurring Internet plan subscriptions are due to expire and renew automatically at 00:00 hour on day 31 which is counted from the date of subscription. Auto renewal will only happen when the prepaid line has sufficient airtime credit balance. 


Internet validity, account validity, and Internet quota will be refreshed upon successful renewal and airtime credit balance will be automatically deducted by the same amount equivalent to the monthly fee of your selected monthly auto-recurring subscription. 


Failing to renew, the monthly auto-recurring subscription will be suspended until the airtime credit balance is topped-up with sufficient balance for automatic renewal. 



2. Monthly One-Time Internet Plan Subscription


All Digi Prepaid monthly one-time Internet plan subscriptions are due to expire at 11:59:59pm on day 30 which is counted from the date of subscription. For monthly one-time subscription, customers are required to top up the prepaid line to ensure sufficient airtime credit balance and renew the subscription manually via self-serve channels such as MyDigi app, MyDigi web, or via UMB short code *128#.  


For optimal user experience and additional benefits, customers are recommended to opt for the monthly auto-recurring subscription.



3. Weekly One-Time Internet Plan Subscription


All Digi Prepaid weekly one-time Internet plan subscriptions are due to expire at 11:59:59pm on day 7 which is counted from the date of subscription. For weekly one-time subscription, customers are required to top up the prepaid line to ensure sufficient airtime credit balance and renew the subscription manually via self-serve channels such as MyDigi app, MyDigi web, or via UMB short code *128#.
