Your port-out request might not be successful due to one or more of these reasons:
- You still have outstanding/overdue bills
- You are still on contract with Digi
- You have supplementary lines, and you did not port-out all of them
- Your current line is not the principal line
- Your identification details are incorrect / incomplete (ie: Name, NRIC / Passport Number, Mobile Number, Police / Army ID etc)
For a smooth port-out process, we advise you to ensure all the above are in order before reattempting.
