1. Why is my current Postpaid plan being converted to a new Digi Postpaid plan? 

As Digi’s valued customer, you have been selected for upgrade to the Digi latest Postpaid plan to give you better value and Internet experience. Rest assured that you will continue to enjoy the same monthly fee, comparable and or better benefits on the new plan.  

 


2. Can I request to revert to my old Postpaid plan? 

We regret to inform that your old Postpaid plan is no longer available. You will continue to enjoy the same monthly fee and comparable and or better benefits with the new plan. You may also opt to change to any other Digi Postpaid plans that are available in any Digi Stores or Digi Store Online. 



3. I received an SMS notification 14 days prior to the plan upgrade, however after 14 days I’m still subscribed to my old plan. 

Please ensure your Postpaid line is active with no overdue payment to facilitate the plan conversion.  



4. I am currently enjoying active lifetime rebate (e.g. Yellow Heart Senior Rebate RM10), will I continue to enjoy it in the new plan? 

Yes, the conversion of plan will not impact the existing rebate benefit as long as you are subscribed to an eligible Postpaid plan. 



5. I am currently enjoying an active offer for a specific duration; rebate (e.g. Postpaid Prihatin RM15 rebate) or extra monthly Internet (e.g. Free 10GB x 12months), can I continue to enjoy this offer in the new plan? 

Yes, this conversion of plan will not impact your existing plan rebates or free extra monthly Internet benefits as long as you are subscribed to an eligible Postpaid plan and the offer still has balance months to carry forward. 



6. How do I check if the offer benefits are being carry forward? 

For service-related offers (e.g. extra Internet, SMS) you may view in the MyDigi app. For any existing plan rebates, you may view in the next Postpaid monthly bill. 



7. On my previous Postpaid plan, I was enjoying the FREE monthly roaming offer, will I continue to enjoy in new Postpaid plan? 

Yes, the conversion of plan will not impact the offer benefit as long as you are subscribed to an eligible Postpaid plan. 



8. On my previous Postpaid plan, I have subscribed to monthly roaming offer, will the subscription carry forward and thereafter recur every month at the same price? 

Yes, the conversion of plan will not impact the offer subscription as long as you are subscribed to an eligible Postpaid plan. 



9. My previous Postpaid plan has the feature of Internet rollover to next bill cycle, will I continue to enjoy it in new plan? 

The new Postpaid plan does not have the Internet rollover feature. Nevertheless, the new Postpaid plan will have same and or richer offer with higher Internet quota to match the sunset feature. 



10. My previous Postpaid plan has the self-subscribe feature of FREE MONTHLY Music Freedom 15GB-RM0, will I continue to enjoy it in new plan? 

The new Postpaid plan does not have this offer feature. Nevertheless, the new Postpaid plan will have same and or richer offer with higher Internet quota to compensate for this feature.  



11. I am currently enjoying a plan rebate due to a pairing with Digi Fibre subscription, will I continue to enjoy it in new plan? 

Yes, a new rebate will be granted within 3 days after the migration (change of plan) to reflect the new plan entitlement. Rest assured the rebate is of same amount or better (subject to the new plan rebate eligibility).
