From 10th November onwards, Digi Postpaid 90, 120, 150 and Family Unlimited customers will get to unlock high-speed Internet experience with 5G connectivity via MyDigi.
Criteria for accessing Digi 5G:

1. | Get an eligible 5G Postpaid Plan | Subscribe to the latest Digi Postpaid 90 2021/90 DS 2021 plan and above.
You can check if you are on an eligible plan in MyDigi app.
For other plans that are not listed here, stay tuned as more exciting 5G offers will be coming to you very soon. |
2. | Activate 5G Speed Booster | You can activate the 5G Speed Booster via MyDigi app, if you are currently subscribed to the eligible plans.

3. | Have a 5G compatible device
| You need to be on a 5G compatible device to be able to enjoy Digi 5G. You can access the 5G compatible models here, under 5G Supported Devices section.
If you do not have a 5G compatible device, you can check out Digi’s latest 5G device bundles here. Look out for devices with 5G in the device’s names.
Currently, 5G is compatible with selected Android and iPhone models. Stay tuned as more devices are enabled over time. |
4. | Activate 5G network settings on your phone

But if it’s not, you may need to manually turn on 5G in your device, follow the steps below (exact steps may vary according to device brands and model):
iOS In order to use the 5G connection on your iPhone 12 model or later, you will need to update to iPhone iOS 16.2 or newer, and carrier settings version 53.1 or newer. Here are the steps:

5. | Use an eligible SIM card or eSIM | If your SIM can access 4G network, then your SIM can support Digi 5G.
You can also enjoy Digi 5G if you are on an eSIM.
Should you need to upgrade your SIM, you can visit your nearest Digi Store to upgrade your SIM. |
6. | Be within the 5G coverage area | You can enjoy Digi 5G when you’re within the 5G coverage area. You can check the 5G coverage here. |
If you fulfil all the criteria above, you will see a 5G icon on the status bar of your device.
