For Malaysians:

Yes, the device advance payment is applicable to new Digi subscribers (port-ins) and existing Digi subscribers with a tenure of less than six (6) months. This upfront payment that you make before signing-up for the contract will then be rebated back into your bill over a period of 12 months.

Existing Digi subscribers with a tenure of more than six (6) months are ONLY eligible for the device advance payment waiver if you sign-up with either the Digi Postpaid 120 or Digi Postpaid 150. Digi Postpaid 90 is NOT applicable for the device advance payment waiver.

For non-Malaysians:

Yes, you will be required to pay a deposit of RM500 upon sign-up.
