The quoted trade-in value is based on an evaluation of average market prices and the condition of the device.
Before we can accept the device, our friendly Digi staff will perform the following checks on it to help determine its overall condition:
- if your device is able to power on and off
- the device is able to charge when plugged into a charger
- if we are able to retrieve the IMEI of the device
- the device screen is fully functional and has no cracks or damaged pixels
- there is no missing/damaged button and cracked casing
- the device has no water/liquid damage
- phone activation lock or screen lock is off
