The SIM serial number you entered is invalid/cannot be found. Please try again with a valid SIM serial number.
Please ensure that you are scanning/manually inserting the correct SIM serial barcode number. Else, please contact our Digi Customer Service at 016 221 1800 or visit our Digi Store for further assistance.
The information/details scanned from my ID do not match my ID.
Proceed to re-scan your ID to ensure that the correct details were scanned.
Face recognition failed.
Go to a well-lit area and re-do the face recognition selfie.
The eligibility check fails. The message on the screen reads: “We are unable to proceed with your request.”
