If you have supplementary lines, you must port them in together with your principal line.
You can do so by following these simple steps:
Digi Store: Inform our agents that you would like to port in your supplementary lines along with your primary line during registration.
Online: After selecting your primary plan and entering your ID number and mobile number, you can add your supplementary lines and plans.
Note: You can have up to 6 supplementary lines.
Once your port-in is in-progress, please ensure all your supplementary lines reply to the port-out confirmation SMS as instructed within the specified deadline.
If you have supplementary lines that do not wish to switch to Digi, you must split your primary and supplementary lines at your current service provider before requesting to switch to Digi.
If you are a supplementary line and wish to switch to Digi, you will need to convert your line to a primary line at your current service provider before requesting to switch to Digi.
