How can I unsubscribe from the service? Print

To unsubscribe, please SMS OFF MUSIC to 21000.

Alternatively, you may also unsubscribe via the MyDigi app. Here's how!

Step 1: Login to MyDigi App and expand the side panel by clicking the menu button on top left corner

Step 2: Tap on 'Settings' and select 'My Subscriptions'

Step 3: Select 'Digital Subscription'

Step 4: Toggle the subscriptions to off and tap 'Confirm' to proceed
