Yes, you are able to pre-book Roaming Pass via MyDigi app.

How to purchase

Step 1: In MyDigi app homepage, click 'Buy Add-ons' > Roaming tab

Step 2: Choose country

Step 3: Select the offer to purchase

Step 4: Select the date you want to activate the roaming pass. The roaming pass can be activated up to 7 days in advance. 

Step 5: Click 'Confirm' to proceed with purchase

Where to check pre-booked roaming pass

Step 1: In MyDigi app homepage, navigate to Prebook tab

How to cancel purchase

Step 1: In MyDigi app homepage, navigate to Prebook tab

Step 2: Click on 'Cancel My Pass' 

Step 3: Select 'Yes'

Note: You can cancel the pre-booked Roaming Pass as long as it has not been activated.
