2. INITIAL SERVICE CONTRACT

Activation of the CelcomDigi Fibre 50Mbps (353206) Plan comes with a 24-month initial service contract. Therefore, customer must serve a minimum subscription of 24 months from activation date. An early termination fee will be charged for terminations during contract period. 

3. ROUTER

The CelcomDigi Fibre 50Mbps (353206) comes with a Wi-Fi 6 Router.

4. ADD-ON

Currently, there are no add-on options available for CelcomDigi Fibre 50Mbps (353206).

5. UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE

CelcomDigi Fibre 50Mbps (353206) plan upgrade options are as outlined below:

1. CelcomDigi Fibre 100Mbps
2. CelcomDigi Fibre 300Mbps
3. Celcom Home Fibre 500Mbps
4. Celcom Home Fibre 1Gbps
5. Digi Fibre 190
6. Digi Fibre 270
7. Digi Fibre 290

6. TERMINATION 

1. Customers must walk into Digi Store or Celcom Blue Cube to perform Fibre Line termination.

2. Customers must return the Fibre Equipment (Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) / Modem and Router) upon termination request. Failure to fulfill this condition will result in a penalty. 

7. PENALTY

Early Termination Fee:

Minimum of RM500 or (Number of Remaining Contract Months x Monthly Fibre Commitment Value), whichever is higher.

Failure to return Fibre Device:

RM 500 penalty will be imposed upon failure to return the Optical Modem and Router upon termination.

8. OTHER FEES

• Downgrade Fee: RM50 (charge to bill)
• Rescheduling: RM200
• Relocation: RM200
• Cancellation: RM200
