Dear customers,
To ensure a seamless internet experience, Digi automatically reserves 100MB out of your total allocated quota when your mobile internet is being used. For example, if you purchase internet with 30GB quota, you will only see a total of 29.9GB quota in your account.
The reserved 100MB quota is always in your account and will only be deducted when the non-reserved portion of your quota is fully utilised.
You can easily check your exact quota balance with the reserved data via MyDigi app, MyDigi web or UMB.

Step 1: Turn ON airplane mode
Step 2: Turn ON WiFi
Step 3: On MyDigi app, click on the 'Usage’ tab. Full balance, including the reserved data, will be shown.

Step 1: Turn ON airplane mode on your device
Step 2: Log in to MyDigi web from your desktop/laptop. Please ensure your desktop/laptop is not connected to your device hotspot.
Step 3: On MyDigi web, click on the ‘Usage’ tab. Full balance, including the reserved data, will be shown.

Step 1: Turn ON airplane mode
Step 2: Turn OFF airplane mode
Step 3: Turn OFF mobile data
Step 4: Dial *200*1# to check the full quota balance
