If you have not pre-booked a roaming pass before your departure, please ensure that data roaming in your mobile phone settings and mobile plan is disabled.


You may enable data roaming after purchasing a roaming pass via MyDigi after connecting to a WiFi network or UMB. 


How to disable data roaming in mobile setting and mobile plan

Step 1: Disable 'International Roaming' by sliding the toggle to the left.

Ensure that the data roaming settings have been turned off for your device and mobile plan. You may find the settings for iOS and Android below following the same step above.
