- TnG eWallet voucher will be granted within 60 working days after successful registration of the eligible postpaid subscription.
- Subscribers must make redemption of the TnG eWallet voucher within 14 days after receiving the notification SMS of the TnG eWallet voucher PIN in the MyDigi App under MyRewards. If the voucher is not redeemed within 14 days, the voucher will be forfeited and removed from the MyRewards.
- Subscribers must download and login to the MyDigi Mobile Application.
