Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited
1. Customer Eligibility
- New Line Registrations
- Existing Digi Postpaid Subscribers: Less than 6 Months
2. Device Advance Payment
- Device Advance Payment is ONLY applicable to those who are not eligible for the zero upfront feature.
- Customers may need to pay Device Advance Payment, subject to the customer’s eligibility.
- Alternatively, customers can walk into the nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express or click here to perform a PF365 eligibility check.

3. Termination fee:
Termination fees are calculated by:
(RRP - Device Advance Payment/contract tenure x remaining months) + RM100 admin fee
Termination fees are applicable to:
- Early termination
- Involuntary termination
- Early renewal
