Early Termination, Penalty and Plan Changes during Contract Period   

An early termination fee is applicable when:   

  • A Contract Termination has been performed   
  • A Downgrading of the Digi Postpaid Plan   

   

The early termination fee value is as follows:       

(RRP - Device Advance Payment/contract tenure (x) remaining months) + RM100 admin fee*
