3. INTERNET ROAMING RATE

Internet roaming passes are available for purchase via the MyDigi app. To find out more about international roaming passes and data plans, visit Digi website. 

4. IDD RATES

All other services that are not included as part of the Bundled Offers including but not limited to MMS, video call, International Direct Dialing (IDD), International Roaming (IR) etc. are chargeable based on usage on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis and rates applicable are based on standard rates published on www.digi.com.my, subject to Digi’s pricing for such services as amended from time to time.

6. FEES AND PLAN ADVANCE PAYMENT 

All new Postpaid plan sign-ups require a plan advance payment collection as outlined below:

Non-Malaysians, who sign up for a Postpaid Line are required to pay a RM500 deposit per line at the point of registration. This deposit will be refunded after the customer stays for a minimum of 2 months according to the Postpaid Bill cycle. 

 

In addition to the plan advance payment, there are one-time fees that will be charged to the subscriber’s first Postpaid bill.

 Note:

  • A one-time SIM fee of RM5 will be charged for every Postpaid line registration for new line and port-in registrations performed at Digi Stores and dealer outlets beginning 14th October 2022. This one-time fee is to cover SIM-related handling costs and will be charged to the subscriber’s first bill for sign-ups of Digi Postpaid plans (principal, family and Gadget SIM) and Postpaid Mobile Broadband plans (principal and supplementary).
  • The one-time processing fee of RM10 for administration/processing of the application will remain and be reflected on the first bill for lines registered on any channel.
  • These one-time fees will be charged to the subscriber’s first Postpaid bill.
