Yes, multiple subscription is allowed for this HD Video Pass.
6. What do I need to know about the Internet Quota?
The 555GB Internet is high-speed Internet.
Upon full utilization of the 555GB High-Speed Internet, any subsequent usage will be deducted as per normal use of Mobile Internet, Basic Internet, or pay-per-use.
7. Am I able to do tethering / hotspot to another device(s) or desktop?
No. Tethering / hotspot is not allowed for this HD Video Pass.
8. How do I know if my purchase of this HD Video Pass is successful?
You will receive an SMS upon successful purchase.
9. Which quota that will be utilized first? The 555GB Internet Add-On or the existing Internet plan?
The 555GB Internet Add-On will be utilized first once the subscription is successfully activated.
10. What happens to unused Internet quota?
Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon expiry.
11. Is auto renewal available for this HD Video Pass?
No. This is a one-time purchase Add On.
12. Can I resubscribe my HD Video Pass within an active subscription or upon expiry?
Yes, you can resubscribe the passes.
13. Can I use this Add-On quota while roaming?
No. It is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges.
14. When exactly does my HD Video Pass expires?
The HD Video Pass subscription will be valid until 11:59 PM on the 3rd day prior to the successful subscription.
