2. Can I use the 5G Booster quota in 4G and 5G coverage areas?
Yes, the allocated data quota is usable in 4G and 5G coverage areas.
3. When my 5G booster quota depletes, can I utilize the existing Internet quota on 5G coverage areas?
Yes, as long as your 5G Booster is still active you will continue to have access to 5G services. All quotas you currently have will be accessible on both 4G and 5G, depending on the coverage area that you are in. For example, if your Postpaid Plan has 4GB data per month, you’ll have 4GB of data to use at the maximum speed possible at the time, whether it’s 4G or 5G.
4. How do I know if my plan is eligible for 5G Boosters?
Yes, the allocated data quota is usable in 4G and 5G coverage areas.

5. How to activate 5G Booster?
You can activate the 5G Booster via MyDigi App. Kindly refer here for the step-by-step guide.
6. How long do I need to wait to start using my 5G Booster?
You will receive an SMS upon successful subscription, you can start to enjoy the 5G Booster immediately thereafter.
7. Do I need to re-subscribe the 5G Booster the following month?
The 5G Booster will be automatically renewed for you on the following month according to your bill cycle. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful auto-renewal.
8. Can I share my 5G Booster Quota with my family?
5G Booster Quota is not shareable with the other supplementary lines.
9. I’m not sure if I’ve signed up to 5G Booster. How do I check if I’ve subscribed?
You can check your subscription on MyDigi App. You may check for any active 5G Boosters under the “Usage” tab.
10. I’ve subscribed to 5G Booster + 20GB / 60GB / 90GB. How can check my usage?
You can check your usage on “Usage” Tab on MyDigi App.
11. Can I stop the auto-renewal after subscription?
You can stop the auto-renewal on our MyDigi App.
Step 1: Go the MyDigi App and open the sub-menu.
Step 2: Go to “Settings” and click “My Subscription.
Step 3: Toggle the 5G Booster off.
Step 4: Confirm the deactivation.
12. The Postpaid plan I’m currently in is not listed in the above eligible plans for the 5G Booster, can I still subscribe to 5G Booster?
You can stop the auto-renewal on our MyDigi App.
Step 1: Go the MyDigi App and open the sub-menu.
Step 2: Go to “Settings” and click “My Subscription.
Step 3: Toggle the 5G Booster off.
Step 4: Confirm the deactivation.
12. The Postpaid plan I’m currently in is not listed in the above eligible plans for the 5G Booster, can I still subscribe to 5G Booster?
We encourage you to change your current Postpaid Plan to the plans listed in the table above to be eligible to subscribe to 5G Booster and enjoy 5G experience.
13. I’m on 5G Booster and at the same time I subscribed to an unlimited YouTube Add-On (3Mbps), can I get the unlimited YouTube Add-On at 5G Speed?
If your Add-On quota is on a speed cap, the speed cap will continue to apply.

If your Add-On quota is on a speed cap, the speed cap will continue to apply.
14. I’m on Digi Postpaid 40 and subscribed the 5G Booster middle of my bill cycle, will I be charge the full RM10 for the 5G Booster?
Yes. You will be charged the full RM10 for the 5G Booster.
The 50% More 5G Booster Quota under 5G Booster Introductory Offer will end on 3rd December 2023. Hence the 5G Booster + 30GB** will be reverted to 20GB starting 4th December 2023.
16. I’m currently on Digi Postpaid 150 2021 and entitled for FREE 5G Booster. Do I need to opt in for the FREE 5G Booster?
From 12th October onwards, you will enjoy the FREE 5G Booster automatically when you sign up for any RM90 and above plans.
17. Can I deactivate the automatic FREE 5G Booster?
You can deactivate the FREE 5G Booster via MyDigi app.
