1. When can customers start to purchase for launch?
Customers may start to purchase from 18 August 2023 @ 10.00 A.M. onwards via Digi Store Online, Digi Store and Digi Store Express.
2. When is the launch offer period?
The launch offer period for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 & Galaxy Z Flip5 is from 18 August 2023 onwards. Stocks are available, while stocks last.
3. Who is eligible?
- All customers with new registration (including MNP - Mobile Number Portability).
- Existing customers without any device contract and no call bar
4. Is this applicable to Enterprise customers?
Yes.
5. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
No, a customer with an existing contract is not eligible for this plan.
6. How to purchase online?
Step 1: Log on to Digi Website
Step 2: Choose Phone Model and preferred plan
Step 3: Pay total amount for the phone (Phone Price + Upfront Payment)
Payment can be made via credit or debit card in full upon order.
8. How will the device reach the customer?
The device will be sent to the customer via courier. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, method of delivery and items ordered.
9. When will the customer receive the device?
Customers will receive within 3-5 working days.
