You will be eligible when you:

• Sign up for a new postpaid line

Yes, this offer will be available from 24 Aug 2023 to 2 Oct 2023.

6. Is there a contract for this offer?

No, this offer doesn’t come with contract.

7. Can I still get this offer when I sign up device contract / Freedom Add On?

Yes, you will still be eligible for this offer.

8. How much do I need to pay during the first 24 months?

Your monthly plan fee will be RM75, after inclusion of RM15 rebate. 

9. Since the rebate is valid for 24 months, how much do I need to pay from 25th month onwards?

From 25th month onwards, with the expiry of rebate, monthly plan fee will revert to RM90 / month.

2. How to activate 5G Booster?

You can activate the 5G Booster via MyDigi App. Kindly refer here for the step by step guide.

3. Do I need to re-subscribe the 5G Booster the following month? 

The 5G Booster will automatically renewed for you the following month according to your bill cycle. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful auto-renewal.

4. Can I share my 5G Booster Quota with my family? 

5G Booster Quota is not shareable with the other supplementary lines 

5. Can I stop the auto-renewal after subscription? 

You can stop the auto-renewal on our MyDigi App. 

Step 1: Go the MyDigi App and open the sub-menu

Step 2: Go to 'Settings' and click 'My Subscription'

Step 3: Toggle the 5G Booster off

Step 4: Confirm the deactivation.

6. I’m on Digi Postpaid 60 and subscribed 5G Booster + 60GB middle of my bill cycle, will I be charge the full RM10 for the 5G Booster?

Yes. You will be charged the full RM10.

7. I’m on Digi Postpaid 60 and is currently subscribing 5G Booster for RM10. With availability of new 5G Booster + 60GB for RM10, what will happen to my current subscription? 

Your current subscription of 5G Booster for RM10 will continue.

Should you wish to swap to the new 5G Booster, you may do so by unsubscribing the current subscription, and subscribe to the new 5G Booster via MyDigi App thereafter.  

8. I’m on Digi Postpaid 60 and is currently subscribing 5G Booster + 30GB** for RM20. With availability of new 5G Booster + 60GB, what will happen to my current subscription? 

Your current subscription of 5G Booster + 30GB** for RM20 will continue. 

Should you wish to swap to the new 5G Booster, you may do so by unsubscribing the current subscription, and subscribe to the new 5G Booster via MyDigi App thereafter.

1. What is the offer?

Following 5G booster quota will increase from 20GB to 30GB during promotion period.

2. How to activate 5G Booster?

You can activate the 5G Booster via MyDigi app, under the Add-Ons tab.  

3. Do I need to re-subscribe the 5G Booster the following month? 

The 5G Booster will automatically renewed for you the following month according to your bill cycle. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful auto-renewal.

4. Can I share my 5G Booster Quota with my family? 

5G Booster Quota is not shareable with the other supplementary lines

Step 1: Go the MyDigi App, and click the 'Usage' tab

Step 2: Open the sub-menu (3 dots) on Auto Renew under your 5G Booster pass

Step 3: Click 'Turn off auto-renew'

Step 4: Confirm the deactivation.

6. What will happen when the promo ended? 

The 50% More 5G Booster Quota under 5G Booster Introductory Offer will end on 2nd October 2023. Hence the 5G Booster + 30GB will be reverted to 20GB starting 3rd October 2023.
