Rest assured that there will be no disruption to your current service until the porting process is successful. You will only lose connection with your current service provider upon successful porting-in, after which you can insert your new Digi SIM and continue connecting with family and friends.
Note: We advise to avoid submitting a request to switch close to, or during your travel overseas as there might be disruptions to your roaming services.
