2. Who is eligible to pre-order the iPhone 15 series? 

Malaysian citizens with MyKad only (MyTentera IDs and foreigners are not eligible).

  • Existing Digi subscribers:  

    • Change of Plan  
    • Prepaid-to-Postpaid
  • Non-Digi subscribers:  
    • Port-in from other telcos
    • New line registrations


3. Where can I pre-order iPhone 15 series? 

Pre-order is only available on Digi Store Online.

 

4. Is there any freebies given during pre-order of iPhone 15 series? 

Yes, pre-order with Digi and get an exclusive bundle pack (worth RM499) for free when you pre-order any iPhone 15 series, with Digi Postpaid 120 + 5G Booster onwards. 


Freebies are available subjected to first come first serve basis, while stocks last. 

 

5. What is the 5G Booster about? 

With just an additional RM10, you will be able to enjoy an additional of 90GB with 5G, for the duration of your contract. 


6. When will the delivery start? 

Delivery of the iPhone 15 series will start on 29 September onwards. 


Note: The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, method of delivery and items ordered. 
 

7. Is self-pick up available for the iPhone 15 series? 

Yes, you may select the location upon check-out during your order. 

 

8. What do I do if I have an existing device contract? 

You are required to terminate your existing contract before you can sign up for the iPhone 15. You may perform the termination via Digi Store Online or visit the nearest Digi Store. Once you are no longer contracted, you may proceed to sign-up for the iPhone 15.


Note: Penalty charges may apply for contract termination.

9. Can I cancel my order once pre-order has been made? 

Activation for devices contract is immediate and upon payment being successful. 

Any devices purchased via Digi Store Online cannot be cancelled and are non–refundable. You shall be charged accordingly for the device purchased once payment for the device contract is successful.
