Lifetime Rebate Offer 

Through the Digi Yellow Heart initiative, all senior citizens and Person with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for a lifetime rebate of RM10 on their monthly postpaid bill. 


Eligible subscribers must sign up for any current selling principal postpaid & broadband plans and the following criteria:

Subscribers with valid Person with Disabilities (PwD) card

Eligible subscribers are required to redeem the rebate via MyDigi App Box of Surprise within 5 working days after the successful postpaid registration. 

Person with Disabilities (PWD)

Channels:  Digi Online Store 

Eligible subscribers are required to sign up for a Postpaid line (Principal account) and perform validation via Digi website by clicking 'Start Verification'. The rebate will be granted within 7 working days after verification submission.


For senior citizens, here is how you can redeem your lifetime rebate benefit:    

1. Go to your MyDigi app and click Box of Surprise
 2. Redeem the Yellow Heart offer

3. Lookout for your RM10 rebate in your next bill
(first bill may be prorated)

All the subscribers who are tagged with this lifetime rebate are required to stay active on the postpaid plan. Any postpaid to prepaid or Change of Plan performed after the granting of the rebate will forfeit the rebate; eligible subscribers whose new plans are eligible for the rebate are required to perform the above registration mechanics again. 

Subscribers may be tagged with one (1) Senior Citizen or PWD on each line at one point of time.
