If you are seeing an increase in your Digi bill, it might be due to one or more of these reasons:

1. Previous overdue balances

If you've partially paid for your last month's bill, the balance of your previous bill becomes an outstanding in your current bill.

2. Extra usages

Internet add-ons purchased via MyDigi are billed via Digi monthly postpaid bill.

3. Roaming charges

Roaming charges varies by country. You may check roaming passes and rates on the CelcomDigi website.

4. Voicemail charges

Voicemail charges applies to outgoing and incoming call (if you are travelling abroad). We encourage subscribers to turn off voicemail before travelling to other countries to avoid any voicemail-related charges. Click here to read on how to deactivate voicemail.

5. TalkTime Transfer

If you've performed TalkTime credit transfer to another subscriber, the transfer amount (inclusive of service charge) will be reflected in your Digi monthly postpaid bill. Click here to learn more about TalkTime transfer.

6. Non-Digi subscriptions

3rd party subscriptions such as Netflix, Viu, Spotify, etc. paid via Direct Operator Billing (DOB) or Mobile Payment. Click here to learn more about non-Digi bill items.

7. MyDigi Rewards purchases charged to your account

MyDigi Rewards purchases paid via 'Charge to Account'.

8. Outgoing call to premium or special numbers

Some hotline numbers such as 1-300 / 800 / 100 are chargeable. Click here to check special rates for voice calls made to selected numbers.
