Your port-out request might not be successful due to one or more of these reasons:

  • You still have outstanding/overdue bills
  • You are still on contract with Digi
  • You have supplementary lines, and you did not port-out all of them
  • Your current line is not the principal line
  • Your identification details are incorrect / incomplete (ie: Name, NRIC / Passport Number, Mobile Number, Police / Army ID etc)

For a smooth port-out process, we advise you to ensure all the above are in order before reattempting.
