The bill rebates will be reflected in your second monthly bill.

 

3. Who is eligible for this postpaid port-in offer?

Customer who ports in their postpaid line to Digi Postpaid 60, Digi Postpaid Infinite 65 and Digi Postpaid Infinite 85 during the campaign are eligible for the postpaid port in offer.   

 

4. What are the list of eligible Digi Postpaid plans?

You can port-in your postpaid line to any of the following Digi Postpaid plans during the promo period to enjoy the RM10 monthly commitment fee rebate for 6 months.

  • Digi Postpaid 60 2021
  • Digi Postpaid 60 DS 2021
  • Digi Postpaid Infinite 65
  • Digi Postpaid Infinite 85

 

5. Where can I sign up for the Digi Postpaid plans? 

You may sign-up via the Digi website. Alternatively, you may also walk into your nearest Digi Store, Digi Store Express and Digi Dealers to port-in to Digi Postpaid 60, Digi Postpaid Infinite 65 and Digi Postpaid Infinite 85.

 

6. Does the RM10 x 6 months rebates come with a contract?

No. The RM10 x 6 months rebates do not come with a contract.

 

7. Does the offer only applicable if I sign-up plan only? 

The RM10 x 6 months rebates are applicable for both for plan only or with a device.


8. Can I enjoy this offer together with the RM5/RM15 x 12 months contractual rebates for Infinite Plan?  

Yes. You can enjoy both Freedom Add-Ons and port-in rebates.

 

9. What will happen to the rebates if I change my plan to another plan?

Bill rebates shall be forfeited if there is change to non-eligible plans.
